Friday, 9/17: BALLOON GLOW -- Central Field-- 7:00pm to 8:30pm
The Balloon Glow offers spectators a breathtaking view of inflated balloons lighted by their burners. Get up close and walk around the balloons. Refreshments and Food are available. The event will conclude with a fireworks display beginning at approximately 9pm.

Saturday, 9/18: BALLOON RACE -- Central Field-- 12:00pm to 6:30pm
Spend your day in beautiful Forest Park and help celebrate the 20th Birthday of the Energizer Bunny. The Purina Children's Entertainment area is filled with pony rides, games, and other activities for kids. The Entertainment Stage features a variety of local talent. During the Photo contest the public can enter the balloon field and take pictures of their favorite balloons. Prizes will be awarded for the best photographs. The Skydiving Team performs and lands in the center of the launch field. The race begins when the Energizer Bunny Balloon takes off ahead of the pack. 70 "hound" balloons then launch in pursuit. The balloon dropping a birdseed baggie closest to the Energizer Bunny Balloon will be declared the winner.

Sunday, 9/19: Rain Day - BALLOON RACE -- Central Field-- 12:00pm to 6:30pm
WEATHER DATE- In case the race is weathered out on Saturday, September 18, it will be rescheduled for Sunday, September 19.

6th Annual Dave Mungenast Memorial Bike and Badge Ride, Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda Motorsports, located at 5939 South Lindbergh Blvd.(located directly behind the Honda car store), St. Louis, MO.

Registrations will be taken form 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is just $25.00 and benefits the BackStoppers. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and ride pins will be on sale during the time of registration. The ride itself begins at approximately 11:30 a.m. A police escort will assist us at the start of the ride, and normal traffic laws apply from then on. The ride will take place mainly along scenic roads south of St. Louis, and will cover approximately 130 miles. Registered participants will receive route directions and a detailed map. Riders may stop for breaks or refreshments if desired. It is open to the public, and all licensed riders and legal street motorcycles are welcome.
